TRAVEL TO MYANMAR (continued, part 3) Hike: Calo - Inle Lake overnight bus we went to the village of Kalo. At the place we arrived early in the morning, so we had a few more hours of sleep before you go to inspect the town. It is a pity that our visas were coming to an end, and because of this we had to start hiking the next morning. We would like to stay longer in this mountain town. During our hike we stopped at several mountain villages, where we were even invited to the wedding. We've seen the kitchen in the yard was fried 650 kg of meat for more than two thousand guests! The first night we sheltered village elder. He has quite a large modern house in comparison with other houses in the village. The next day, a hike we met a few villages, but the nature there are very beautiful. Sometimes we met oxcart carrying limestone, which are used as building material. Last night we had a hike in the monastery, where the early morning we were woken up by loud chants of young monks. On the third day we descended from the hills to Lake Inle. When we got to the lake, we boarded a boat that took us to the city of Nyaung-Shwe, where we were waiting for book a hotel room. During the boating, we enjoyed a light breeze, stunning scenery and lunch, which complemented the soft drinks and Manila. Country Wedding Inle Lake and return to Yangon on Lake Inle we returned to the main tourist route. On many boats there were marks of different tour operators. If the boat was without a sign, it means that tourists traveling independently, and there were quite a bit. We took a boat with Ray, a guy from Germany who was our companion in this campaign. All the sights in one way or another, connected with the lake. We saw several temples neotorye of which were floating. Not only temples but also the entire gardens have been made on floating platforms. The gardens were real, they grew fruit and vegetables. If only the inhabitants and the village was afloat ... But really it once was on on stilts We noted an interesting manner of the locals in a special way to steer. Standing on one leg in the boat, the second leg, they manage to move the paddle by pressing on him almost at the water's surface. On the second day we took a rental bike and rode to the pagoda and monastery, located on a hill in the eastern part of the lake. After returning from the other end of the lake, we had lunch in a small local restaurant on stilts, overlooking the main channel of the village on stilts. Our stay ended in vineyards, located on the hills above the lake. There we enjoyed the sunset, trying to wonderful local wines. Inle Lake overnight bus we arrived to Yangon, where we had a flight to Bangkok. We had left the day that we decided to spend on something to come down after the bus trip. Toward the evening we went to one of the main attractions of Yangon - Shwedagon Pagoda - where we saw crowds of tourists and Buddhists, who wandered around the huge temple complex. During sunset pagoda looks better: the setting sun gives her their most beautiful colors. It is a sacred place in the evenings seems to truly magical. After nearly a month that we spent in Myanmar, the next morning we flew back. We really enjoyed in this country, and we want to advise everyone to visit Myanmar.
