Krabi, crabs and islands of various shapes - Part 1

DIVING, rock jumping and good nutrition Jake Chenner, USA It seems that when I sit down to write our travel notes, to do at this point we have nothing else. We are either going somewhere on a train or bus, or sitting in a hotel room for one reason or another. At this time we are in the room. The expression "pours like cats and dogs" is not quite appropriate to describe what is going on in the street. I would say that "someone up there for very long endured!" Yes, by the way! We are now on the islands of Phi Phi. Arrived here yesterday on the ferry. Now 11:20 am and the rain comes from about two o'clock in the morning. The most interesting (though not very funny), which is projected on the Internet, we have the sun shines! So, we sit in the hotel, someone very special was called "Hotel Phi Phi Island, nowhere to go can not, because the rain is no hope for its completion does not. But this place is heaven on earth! Well, in general, are not going to complain more, because over the past few days we were lucky, we saw this natural treasure! Krabi Town in Krabi province, we arrived on June 11. The flight from Bangkok to Phuket took us only 1 hour and 15 minutes. 15 minutes spent on our taxi ride to Phuket town, and then another 3.5 hours we spent on the trip to the terribly overcrowded bus from Phuket to Krabi town. From the bus we went out at all clear where, fortunately, close by, as always, was an obliging driver tuk-fat (three-wheeled motorbike with a tent, a popular means of transportation in Southeast Asia, ca. Perevi.), Which took us to where we were needed. For a fee, of course. Here in the south of the fat of fat-called pick-up trucks with two seats behind. Sometimes they still call "serng-tyaau, but we somehow accustomed to call them fat, the fat. What we do not know (and probably would be worth to find out better), is the fact that the city of Krabi, is not on the coast, and almost no tourists here. We went to the area, which has a small night market. There were selling different pictures, ornaments and all sorts of exotic types of food. All I really liked because it seemed as if we explore the real Thailand (all the signs were in Thai, and almost no one spoke in English). But my friend Yasmin all this is not afforded the slightest pleasure. Firstly, it is a vegetarian, and secondly, she was more like a place where many tourists, and she would very much like the beach! Temples On the next day we boarded a bus to the town of Ao Nang. We talked to the British family who lived there for 4 years (we met them while walking around the night market) and they advised us to go to Ao Nang, because it was full of beaches. Ticket cost 50 baht (1 pound), and the distance was quite decent. We were lucky with the weather at all during our stay there. We are, as usual, walked with our backpacks trying to find a more or less a decent hotel. Usually all our search ended in the fact that we stayed in a more expensive hotel than originally planned. The first night we spent at the hotel "Sea Star". Though he was 5 stars, the hotel was quite decent. A huge plus when staying at these hotels - it's all sorts of complimentary amenities: wireless internet, a place to recharge your phone, water, soap, clean towels ... We even toilet paper with him was taken. I think that the must-take-all this free crap, when to leave the room. The first thing after we settled at the hotel, we noticed that everything here is much more expensive than in Bangkok. We have spent 680 baht for lunch, after which still wanted to eat. In Bangkok, for half that amount we could eat in a restaurant, and a quarter to buy all the products in the night market, which we are sorely missed.
