California rally tsenitelnitsy fine wine and literature - Part 2

DO NOT BE AFRAID LOST - This is a great opportunity to get acquainted with the good people (continued, p.2) The next morning I spent in Santa Barbara. This is a very beautiful city. Then I continued my way along the coast, stopping at different viewing platforms (and getting lost somewhere along the road to the town of Los Osos). At night I stayed at the campsite near the town of Morro Bay, which was near the beach where the rock Morro Rock (a volcanic mountain) rises spectacularly from the ocean floor. On the beach were the sand dunes, which was nice for a walk at sunset. The next day, early in the morning I went to the path and stopped at a town called Harmony. There I briefly acquainted with the products of the local distilleries, whose specialty is the delicious wine from Zinfandel grapes, which grows near the town of Paso Robles. In the town of Cambria, I decided to visit the antique shops. The most interesting part of the trip was part of the road in the urban area of ??Big Sur. Here, wonderful views rugged coastline and the road itself every now and then winds and winds. There's a very beautiful place, and I often stopped to enjoy the scenery. Before I arrived in Big Sur, I drove past the boundaries of the National Park Montana de Oro and watch as elephant seals luxuriate in the sun. Them there were about a thousand. Rock of Morro Rock I also stopped at a National Park, Julia Pfeiffer Bears, where McVeigh waterfall falls down a 25-meter height right on the ocean. When I got to Big Sur (map it just marked a dotted line), I visited the library of the Henry Miller (or rather, a shop with her). This library is complete. devoted to the work of the great American writer, but also contains many works of masters of the "beat generation", such as Jack Kerouac. It was interesting to learn something new about American literature. I drank a cup of tea in the restaurant "Nepente, who recommended me to visit Michelle, and enjoy the views of the ocean and forests, which grow redwoods. At night I stopped in the town of Monterey, and then continued their journey along the coast, drove the city of Santa Cruz (but I could not find where to park) and then stopped at one of the best places - at the lighthouse. This, of course, not real active lighthouse, a beacon, which converted into a hotel. It is called the "Pigeon Point Lighthouse and is located near the town of Pescadero. The hotel is located, as befits a lighthouse at the end of the cape and it's so quiet, calm and beautiful that I even wanted to stay one more day. The hotel even has a Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, I was allowed an hour to climb into it and money is not taken. Lighthouse Pigeon Point Lighthouse The next morning I left this oasis of calm, but, before continuing their journey to the north, made a pedestrian 5-kilimetrovuyu stroll to the National Park of Bhutan. I wanted a closer look at the redwoods. A stroll through the woods took me a few hours. In solitude I enjoyed the beauty in its highest manifestation (redwoods - the tallest trees on Earth). The forest was very quiet, and time has ceased to have any meaning. Perhaps you think, and who did the same shots in the woods, where I was alone? It was not Lesovichok or someone else in this same spirit. I just used the natural supports and the timer button on my camera. Maybe if I said from the outset that met lesovichka, you would not believe me, but now?
