Also, I'm running through the streets of San Salvador in the mornings and evenings and have never felt any danger. People here are not just friendly, and sverhprivetlivy and always willing to help. One of the last places we visited recently, are the ruins of the city Tasumal, which was built by the Mayan Indians. This ancient city is located near the town of Chalchuapa. These ruins are compared to Chichen Ittsey, digging and other ruins, which are in Mexico and Central America, not of much value, but for El Salvador are very important. Most of the ruins are still in the ground, and excavations are not carried out or go unnoticed against the backdrop of major discoveries in other parts of Central America.
